Earl Haddad
Trainer/Facilitator
Earl is a former senior sales/marketing executive who has acquired a wealth of invaluable corporate experience as well as successes on the platform. Having been an advertising agency president, he knows what it takes to pull teams together, manage projects, communicate vision and succeed. He is particularly adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Earl earned bachelors degrees in Journalism and Advertising and immediately began his career at a major publishing company where he was the youngest salesperson ever hired. Following that, he held increasingly challenging account executive positions in agencies in the midwest, New York and Texas. His responsibilities on major accounts such as Borg-Warner Chemicals, Ames Tools, GE Plastics and Maybelline included developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as supervising account service and creative teams. Earl was also a key player in on-going new business acquisition efforts.
In 1986, Earl left New York and started his own advertising agency in Columbus, Ohio. Starting from scratch, he grew the agency to slightly over $1 million in billings before merging with another agency. Most notably, Earl was instrumental in advocating the “networking” of creative services versus the standard structure of conventional agencies. While this “client-friendly” approach is common today, it was considered a “foreign” concept before the proliferation of digital connectivity. Prior to becoming a full-time facilitator, Earl served as the Director of Marketing for The Greenbrier Clinic at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
